I have read about this place on a few restaurant sites I check out and read. It got 1st place for Best Barbecue Food 2006 on www.citysearch.com and 3rd for Barbecue 2007 on AOL Digital City.
I think both awards are well deserved. The ribs are one of the best I have ever had. The meat fell right off the bone as I tried to pick them up to eat. The sauce was sweet with a bit of tang.
We had the Stable Onion Bloomer $5.99- Whole flowering onion with special stable sauce. I had the Baby Back Ribs &Stable Fries Plate $16.99- These meaty, mouth-watering Baby Back Ribs fall off the bone. Served with our regular sauce or spicy Texas style (I had the regular sauce). The Hubby had Barbeque Chicken & Ribs $18.99- One large breast (the biggest we have seen) & half-rack of ribs. Their fries are GREAT!
I can't wait to go back and eat them again!!!
