So this past Wednesday night we headed out the the California Pizza Kitchen in Hunt Valley. When I got home I realized its hard to find good pizza- well let me redefine that- good gourmet pizza (not your traditional pizza).
I really love pizzas like a Thia Chicken or one that has many different cheeses and other toppings like artichokes, club style, etc.
So now I am on a search for this type of good pizza? Are there any places that aren't a chain?

We have driven by many times and thought it was about time to give it a try.
I had the Rib Dinner with the Hickory Smoke sauce- $15.99. it came with fries and a side. I got the MD Crab soup. THe soup was very good and so were the fries. The sauce was one of the better I have had. The ribs them selves were average- they we fatty and a bit dry and tough (I have had better ribs).
My Husband had the Open-Pit beef sandwich. He had it with mayo and onions. It was very good. We both agree next time to try it with sauce.
Beware there is now where to sit down so it is a carry out place. You can call ahead but it doesn’t take long.
They had Hot Apple Cider for free to drink while you waited- that was Yummy!
There are tons of other things on the menu and I can’t wait to go back and try!
