Downtown Partnership of Baltimore says:

• Diamond Tavern will open August 22 at the Hilton Baltimore Convention Center Hotel, 401 W. Pratt St. It is a full-service restaurant that will have a sports theme and be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• El Torito will open later this summer at 110 W. Mulberry St. This is the locally-owned restaurant's first location and will feature Mexican and South American specialties
• Siullivan's Steakhouse will open this fall at 1 E. Pratt St. The 1940’s style restaurant features steak and seafood, as well as live jazz music in the bar. This will be Sullivan’s first Maryland location.
