• Elevation Burger will open in November at Harbor East. The restaurant’s first Baltimore location will offer organic, free range beef, and will be one of the first LEED Certified Restaurants in the city. 
  
• Luckie’s Tavern will open this month at 10 Market Pl. in Power Plant Live!  The 7,000 sq ft restaurant will offer 16 beers on tap, live music, and outdoor dining. 
  
• Marie Louise Bistro & Catering will open later this fall at 904 N. Charles St. in Mt. Vernon. The European-style bistro will serve French, Italian, and Mediterranean items. 
  
• Panera Bread will open later this month at Brewer’s Hill on Boston St.
