Fells Point transforms into the workaholic 'hood after welcoming Santa via tugboat; photos with Santa, cooking demos, the Police Athletic League Choir, a Christmas tree sale, and wreath making dominate Broadway Square; Broadway Pier hosts a Punch and Judy show; and Warren Brown hosts a cake-off in his new digs before lighting the tree downtown with the mayor. Plus, a history lecture, a boat parade, and music from the Irish Men's Choir and Crabs for Christmas.
