Taco Fiesta in Harbor East serves fast, fresh and healthy Mexican fare. You walk in and are welcomed with a bright d├ęcor, cheerful staff and the beats of classic rock tunes.

Even though they advertise fast food there in no way a “fast food” restaurant with everything made to your specifications. All the ingredients are fresh made right there every day from the slow cooked Pinto beans that are vegetarian and have no lard or oils, guacamole which is made from scratch every morning, and the 26 ingredient enchilada sauce.

Don’t forget to stop by the Fiesta Salsa Bar that offers 7 non-fat fresh, homemade salsas that you can mix and match to make an array of combinations to your liking.

After taking all the inciting items on the menu I went for the roast pork Fiesta Bowl with Mexican rice, Pinto beans and then topped with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, cheese and guacamole. The flavors were fresh and the right amount of spicy.
