Roy’s Restaurant presents new Eat Creative Thailand prix fixe menu
Roy’s Restaurant is exploring the vibrant aromas and intense flavors of contemporary Thai cuisine with Eat Creative Thailand, a new three-course Prix Fixe menu that spotlights the region’s ingredients. Guests can experience the diverse sweet and sour, salty and spicy flavors of Thailand, perfectly balanced in one complex palate for just $36.95 per Guest before tax and gratuity.
Eat Creative Thailand amplifies the ingredients of the region, like jasmine rice, chilies, red curry and cilantro, and showcases Roy’s expert chefs’ modern take on the bold flavors of Thai cuisine. The three-course Prix Fix menu starts with a choice of Shrimp Pad Thai with snap peas, mung bean, peppers, cilantro and cabbage, or a Crispy Vegetable Spring Roll with peanut dipping sauce and Namm Pla chile sauce. Next, Guests can enjoy an entrée of Grilled Beef Sirloin with chili & tamarind sauce alongside jasmine rice and fried shallots, or Lemongrass Chicken served with creamy jasmine rice and red curry sauce. Dessert follows with Roy’s Signature Chocolate Soufflé. A Thai Basil Martini is also available for only $9.90.
